Baby Caroline

If you follow my blog/photography you may remember this family.  Little Drew has always been my favorite little redhead! 

They recently added a new baby girl to the mix and as you can see, she has beautiful red hair too!! I get so excited to photograph red heads.  Fun little factoid about us red heads... we make up only 2-6% of the United States population.  We are rare and special!! 

Picture Princess

OK... everyone knows that I am in love with my Princess Ally and you will have to forgive my infatuation with her, but she is my one and only daughter and after two rowdy boys, I deserve to savor her girlyliness..... right?  Along with my love for Ally comes my love for all things pretty and pink and flowered and dainty and dressy and the list could go on and on and on.... 

I digress... 

A while back  I stumbled upon this website and fell in love with their clothes. I absolutely adore their baby dresses and can't wait to put Ally in some of  their new items this spring. I am entering the Picture Princess contest in hopes of scoring their new Shabby Baby spring line.  Please pardon my blatant promotion of her and this contest, but I think everyone wins in this situation.  Even if she isn't picked for the contest, my clients will have a new place to shop for photo-shoot clothing!! 

Why is Ally the "Picture Princess", probably because I have had the camera in her face since the day she popped out of the womb! Not to mention she is perpetually happy and always has a beautiful sweet smile on her face!  

Here is the dress that I think Ally would look the best in... it is rucheted on the sides and her little pop belly would look cute sticking out! They have it in women's sizes as well... Do you think I should by us a matching set? 

These make me excited for SPRING!!

This is Little Miss Kenzie, I have been photographing her since she was a wee babe and now she is on her way to being three.  I think she is just adorable!!

Here are a couple of pictures of a clients home.  She just had one her of prints framed and placed and I wanted to share how FABULOUS it looks!! I LOVE large prints and this one is just my style!! I think the frame on this is to die for!!

I hope everyone had an awesome holiday season and you took some time out to reflect upon the true meaning of it all! 

This past month was CRAZY busy for me as I had several last minute projects to finish up before we headed to Florida to celebrate Christmas with my husbands family.  I feel bad that I have totally let this blog fall to the back burner and I am determined to get it back up ans running and breath a little life into it!!

I have tons of clients to post, but I don't have them "blog ready" ( as in borders, resized, etc.) so until then, I will share a few of the kiddos!!

He turns five years old tomorrow, YES... FIVE and it breaks my heart!  

He is so kind and thoughtful. He always thinks of others and wants to make sure everyone is taken care of.  He loves to draw and play Transformers. 

He is always telling me about the house he is going to build when he grows up.

He has plans to build everyone a nice home... in his words a "huge houses and big tall buildings". 

Let's keep our fingers crossed!!! 

He is precious to me and I love every ounce of him!

He is as much Joey as he has ever been....... wild and free, lover of life and all things boy! 

He is such a little Mama's boy right now. He is always asking me if I will be his BEST friend and tells me at least five times a day that he LOVES me!

I tell him in return that I am his best friend and will ALWAYS love him! 

How could I not... check out that sweet little face....

I had no idea how much of a JOY she would be in our lives.

She is always smiling and pleasant and loves to be around her family.

Her brothers adore her and her Daddy is smitten!
